TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS (Please read carefully.)

Photograph Submissions

The Service Provider does not offer revisions. To compensate for this, clarity must be the focus regarding all material and motives discussed between Service Provider and Client, for that specific project, before approval of scope and before official commencement of the work. All photos should be high resolution for best results. In the process of editing, compositing or gag related services, digital photos taken by a digital camera at its best resolution, tend to be better to work with. But if you are sending scrapbook photos, please send them electronically in color mode at resolutions between 300 and 600 dpi scanned. If you plan to have enlargements, file formats should be saved as EPS, RAW, PNG, PSD or TIFF without compression. If all you have to send is a JPEG to be worked on, results may be less than satisfactory. For very small photos (Example: 2x3 inches) please send it in at 600 dpi to obtain results that aren't marred. You may send the photos by email attachment, upload on the Service Request Form link below, or to a file uploading server from where I may retrieve them.

Payment

Use of this service is payable through PayPal and Zelle. Whether you are sending a single photo or multiple, a deposit of half the total fee amount is required up front, commencing each outlined project. (Example: Client chooses service 'A' for one photo. $2.50 would be deposited upon project commencement date.) The remaining half of payment must be remitted to the Service Provider upon Client approval of finished project, before Client is delivered the completed work. Prices are subject to change. If there are any amendments to project scope in the middle of a job, at the Client's request, prices and all applicable fees will reflect those changes. If the Client chooses to terminate a project already in progress, any and all work relative to the project done by the Service Provider, up to the point of project termination, will be immediately deleted and all relative payments made upfront will be nonrefundable. Only the original submission for the terminated project will be returned to the Client. If the Service Provider is unable to complete the Client's project, after commencement, any fees remitted upfront will be returned, remaining charges of the total amount of that project will be waived, and all of its submissions returned to the Client.

Content

The Client(s) requesting this service must have legal permission to use all photos being submitted. By using this service, the Client(s) attests that he or she is the legal owner, holder and author of each image. The Service Provider is absolved of all and any discrepancies surrounding all questionable material submitted and worked on. Unless permitted by the owner, author and holder of photograph submissions, I the Service Provider will not alter those works. Submitted content is at your discretion and you the Client are solely responsible for its usage. Photographs representing porno, lewd, hateful, obscene, abusive, and offensive subject content are unacceptable. As the Service Provider and artist providing this service, I reserve the right to preclude what is deemed the aforementioned and have the right to refuse such submissions. Any such violations will cause termination of this service to the Client. There will be a Scope of Work form applied to this service. Pending which process is requested, the Client will follow the scope of work outlined. Anything beyond the written, agreed upon scope must be acceptable according to the aforementioned terms and included in the written amendment. Time frame of project completion will be assessed with the request. It may vary, pending your major or minor project needs such as number of images being sent, number of subjects within the photos or extensive work desired. Depending on assessment, rush projects and projects requiring less than 12 hours to be completed will not be accepted. This ensures the best quality of detailed work for client approval. Service hours are from Monday to Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM. No servicing on Fridays, weekends and major U.S. holidays. Client will be notified of any time off taken by the Service Provider. Also, the Client must notify the Service Provider when he or she may be inaccessible due to vacation time off or emergency matters. In the event of a Client's inaccessibility during the middle of a project, the Service Provider will continue working on the project as initially agreed upon.

Liability and Rights

Upon request and commencement of this service, you the Client, proclaim that the photos you send me, the Service Provider, are not an infringement of copyright nor ownership and that I will not be held liable for, nor will I incur any fees, balances, suits, remittances legal nor otherwise, do to monetary loss, defamation of character, copyright infringement, any penalties and damages of any nature. Services are provided "as is", according to the samples you have viewed. During project work hours, and in accordance with the time assessed, the Service Provider will display progress reports to the Client, each Wednesday by 6 PM. This will only be for observation as to whether deliverables are following the Scope of Work discussed. Completed project works will be electronically delivered to you after your approval and all payments have been deposited. Finished works are ready for print, copies or whatever your plans entail within the scope of your project. Unless you the Client have permitted me the Service Provider to use your images as promotional samples, all original photographs will be returned to you promptly with the finished product, and deleted from my storage system. The Client retains the rights to all original photos he or she submitted for use to fulfill his or her project request, under this service offered by the Service Provider. The Service Provider retains the right to claim credit and ownership of the artistic techniques used to complete all project requests under this service.

Summary

These terms of service and conditions constitute as a binding creative service agreement between you the Client and I the Service Provider. If you purchase a task performance relative to this service, you are bound to adhere to the conditions of this service agreement. Once you agree to the conditions and terms of this service, you may proceed to make a service request. It is important that you provide your valid email address which will solely be used for updates and progress on the project scope in discussion.
